International Shipping Policy

Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus the cost of return shipping.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@helloforty.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll review each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirming receipt. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
